VICE PRESIDENT OF THE FOUNDATION
Sara Diaz Kamińska
A woman with a gentle heart and strong faith. Deeply in love with God and rooted in His Word, she heard the Lord’s call in 2017, deciding to leave her life in Quito, Ecuador’s capital, and move to Poland to serve God and people there. Her greatest desire is to see people grow spiritually, experience inward transformation, and develop an ever-increasing hunger for God’s presence.
About God she says: “I love His Father’s heart. He is so madly in love with us! He never gives up—He is always fighting for us. Every day He looks for a way to show His children how much He loves them. When He corrects, He does so in love. He forgives. He transforms. He takes our greatest pain and turns it into joy. That is who my God is!”
She is the perfect support and complement to her husband. Family is an incredible gift from God to her, and she has a true passion for traveling and showing the world to her son David and daughter Abigail.
TESTIMONY
I was born in Quito, the capital city of Ecuador. I grew up in a Christian family—my parents are pastors of the “Su Presencia” Church, which has locations throughout our country.
During my early years, I lived in two different worlds. One was the Church, and the other was the “everyday life of school.” I realized that my friends viewed Christians as boring and religious people, so I didn’t want them to identify me as one.
One evening, as I was reading the Bible in my room before going to sleep, its words suddenly began to touch my heart, and the Holy Spirit came into my room in such a powerful way that every word I read came alive. My shame turned into courage when the Holy Spirit began speaking to me, teaching me, and correcting me. Suddenly, God was no longer just my parents’ God. He became my God and my Savior.
The next day, after being filled with the Holy Spirit, I was ready to start sharing the Gospel with my friends. I did this at school, in homes, in parks, and on the streets. At the age of 12, I started my first home group, which had ten teenagers. That’s how my ministry was born.
I graduated from the Business School in Ecuador with a major in marketing, and I also completed a course in radio and TV production at the Centro Cristiano de Comunicaciones. During my fourth year of studies, I went to the United States, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Media from Northwestern University. At the same time, I minored in Bible studies and took several courses to prepare for ministry.
After returning to Ecuador, I began working at a well-known production house while actively serving in the church. I strongly felt God’s calling, so I decided to leave my professional career and devote myself fully to serving Him. I served as a worship leader and ministered at many youth conferences across the country. I also founded a worship school called “Aviva” in Quito.
In February 2017, I married Jakub, with whom I share the same calling, mission, and ministry—ideas birthed by the Holy Spirit Himself. We live in Warsaw, where we pastor NOF Church, a local ministry of the Nations On Fire Foundation, while also serving actively throughout Poland and beyond its borders.
