Since 2019, the event Przywództwo w ogniu has been gathering spiritual leaders from across Poland for two strategic days of prayer, worship, and highly intentional equipping for ministry.

Przywództwo w ogniu is more than just a conference—it is a response to the burning need of the Church in our times. We recognize that Churches in Poland need to be set ablaze once again with the fire of the Holy Spirit. Without His fire and guidance, we risk spiritual stagnation, left only with dead doctrines that fail to produce spiritual life.

Today’s world demands from spiritual leaders not only dedication but also the fullness of God’s anointing—only then can they become catalysts for revival in local Churches, unleashing the fire of the Holy Spirit within their communities.
