I declare that my child may participate in physical activities available in the Kids Land zone.

I declare that I have provided all relevant information regarding my child’s health.

I acknowledge that the Organizer and the caregivers of the Kids Land zone do not provide medical care and do not administer medication.

I acknowledge that in the event of a situation requiring health-related intervention, I will be immediately informed by phone.

I undertake to remain available by phone while my child is staying in the zone.

I acknowledge that children with special health, developmental or educational needs may stay in the Kids Land zone only under the constant supervision of a parent or guardian.

I understand that animators and volunteers are not prepared to provide individual specialist care.

I acknowledge that the Organizer has implemented Standards for the care and protection of minors, which also apply during the THIS IS OUR TIME 2026 event in the KIDS Land zone.

I have read the Rules of the “THIS IS OUR TIME” event — including the principles of personal data processing — and the Rules of the “KIDS Land” zone , I accept their content and commit myself and my child to comply with them.

I consent to the processing of my personal data and my child’s personal data provided in the above form.

I consent to the free and unlimited use and distribution of my child’s image, including photographs and video recordings, captured by any technique on any media in accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the “THIS IS OUR TIME” event , in particular for documenting the course of the event and promoting the Organizer’s activities. I acknowledge that my child’s image may not be used in a form or publication that is offensive to them or otherwise violates their personal rights.
